Terms & Condition

OFFERING

  1. Marketers provide Offering Forms based on customer data needs.
  2. Changes in Offering Form are made if material and operational adjustments occur after the presentation of a sample item.
  3. The Purchase Order Form will be created after the Offering Form has been finalized.

Customer Service

  1. Admin responds to messages within 1 x 24 hours.
  2. Admin notes the customer requirements from design, material, size, number of items ordered.

PURCHASE ORDER

  1. Customer order requirements of size, quantity, and material will be written on the Purchase Order Form as proof of the customer’s approval of the Offering Form.

PAYMENT

  1. Down Payment of at least 65% of the total cost.
  2. Repayment is made after the items are completely produced.
  3. Sample manufacturing costs included in the Purchase Order Form.

DURATION

  1. Production process duration on samples and ordered items are flexible based on the urgency, materials, and designs required.
  2. Items will be processed after the customer sends final data (size, quantity, and material).

MATERIAL

  1. The materials used are based on customer needs.
  2. JUTA is not responsible for material incompatibility results if the material is selected by customer’s request out of JUTA recommendation.
  3. JUTA will provide recommendations for materials that suit your needs based on the Offering Form.

PRODUCTION

  1. Goods are produced based on SOP, terms, and conditions of the Offering Form.
  2. The duration process is tentative if order is outside of SOP implementation.

REVISION

Revision requests can only be made in the pre-production process. The following are several potential cases for revision, namely:

a. Design

  1. The customer’s final design will be adjusted for production operations.
  2. Designs by customer request are only provided 3 (three) times revision, furthermore will be adjusted based on Additional Cost.

b. Material

  1. Changes in material, shape, and composition are only provided for 1 (one) revision after a physical sample presented to the customer.
  2. Material changes that are not in accordance with the Offering Form will be considered based on the terms and conditions in Additional Cost.

c. Type

  1. The type of items ordered can only be replaced if;
    a. Replaced items remain within the agreement of the Offering Form
    b. Customers will be charged for additional fee due to incompatibility of item cost based on Offering Form.
  2. Item replacement can only be sent 1 (one) revision, furthermore will be adjusted based on Additional Cost.

QUALITY CONTROL

  1. Compatibility of results with Purchase Order; material, size and quantity. (weight 25%)
  2. Compatibility of results based on SOP. (weight 25%)
  3. Presentability and functionality of goods. (weight 50%)

SHIPPING

  1. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
  2. Delivery duration is based on the courier’s Standard Operating Procedure and capability.
  3. JUTA is not responsible for damage/ defects caused by third parties (courier services).
  4. The courier service chosen is based on customer agreement.

GUARANTEE

All post-production items will go through the Quality Control stage before delivery. JUTA will provide guarantee for damage/ defects items with conditions;

  1. Damage/ defects to goods are caused by third parties (couriers) and recipients of the items.
  2. Items recipient is required to take a photo or record of the unboxing process and simulate the use of the items.
  3. Notification of damage/ defects to goods is provided within 1 x 24 hours to JUTA.

ADDITIONAL COST

The additional cost for the quality based on customer demand is influenced by several things, including:

  1. Changes of selected materials after inspection of product samples by the customer.
  2. Proses produksi dengan spesifikasi teknik tertentu sehingga mempengaruhi ketersediaan material.
  3. Production process with certain technical specifications that affect material availability.
  4. Request for additional orders due to damage to items caused by the recipient and/ or the sender (courier).

REFUNDING

1. JUTA does not provide a refund policy for any reason.

RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP

  1. The ownership rights to the items belong to JUTA if a customer cancels the order.
  2. Ownership rights of items belong to the customer if the customer has completed all payments.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. All cases will be discussed until agreement is reached from both parties.
  2. Legal settlement of cases is applied if there are violations in applicable laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT

  1. Both parties (customer and JUTA) have shared information and are deemed to agree to this policy.
  2. Customers are deemed to have read and understand this entire policy after making a 65% Down Payment.
  3. Approvals and requests outside of this policy will be recorded in writing in the Offering Letter and Purchase Order.
